Dialogue with a foghorn

The sound of foghorns is audible, a bicycle is stuck in the crack of a jump ramp, a video loops a bicycle ride close to the edge of a building roof, another video loops a person pointing a flashlight to the ground, then the person points the flashlight to the viewer and answers the foghorns.
